1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportDogHub ("the Platform"), located at sportdoghub.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is owned and operated by Sport Dog Hub LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SportDogHub is a dog sports event management platform that enables:

• Competitors to register dogs, enter events, track scores, titles, and rankings
• Club Owners to create and manage events, configure runs, and oversee scoring
• Score Keepers to record scores during events on behalf of their assigned club

The Platform supports events sanctioned by organizations including UKC (United Kennel Club) and SRS (Superdock Racing Series). SportDogHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by UKC, SRS, or any other sanctioning organization unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain roles (Club Owner, Score Keeper) require administrative approval before gaining access to event management features.

4. Beta Program Terms

During 2026, the Platform is operating in beta. During the beta period:

• All features are provided free of charge
• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or data preservation
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice
• We may reset, migrate, or modify data as needed for development purposes, though we will make reasonable efforts to preserve user data
• Beta participation does not guarantee any future pricing, features, or access terms
• No service level agreements (SLAs) are in effect during beta

By participating in the beta, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes any information, images, text, dog profiles, scores, or other materials you submit to the Platform. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant Sport Dog Hub LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

Regarding uploaded images:

• Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP
• Maximum file size: 4 MB
• Images are resized and compressed server-side for performance
• You represent that you have the right to upload any images you submit

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You may request deletion of your content by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform — including its design, code, features, branding, logos, and documentation — is the property of Sport Dog Hub LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Organization names, logos, and rulesets (such as UKC and SRS) are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform for informational and operational purposes only.

7. Payment Terms

During the 2026 beta period, all Platform features are free. When paid services are introduced:

• Pro Subscription (for competitors): Provides access to premium features such as leaderboards. Pricing will be displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
• Club Registration Fees (for club owners): A per-registration fee charged to clubs for event management services. Fees will be communicated before billing begins.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at [email protected].

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent dog registrations or scores)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the server, or administrative features
• Manipulate, falsify, or tamper with event scores or results
• Impersonate another person, club, or organization
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
• Circumvent any access controls, security measures, or usage limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sport Dog Hub LLC does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scores, rankings, or event data
• The safety or conduct of any in-person events listed on the Platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORT DOG HUB LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not responsible for injuries to persons or animals at events managed through the Platform. Event safety is the sole responsibility of the event organizer.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Your User Content may be retained for a reasonable period for legal or operational purposes, or deleted upon request
• Any outstanding payment obligations survive termination

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

13. Feedback & Suggestions

We welcome feedback, ideas, and feature suggestions. However, by submitting feedback or suggestions to Sport Dog Hub LLC — whether through the Platform, email, or any other channel — you agree that:

• Your submission is voluntary and does not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship
• We are free to use, implement, modify, or discard your feedback without restriction or compensation
• You assign to us all rights, title, and interest in any feedback or suggestions provided
• No feedback or suggestion entitles you to any ownership, equity, royalty, or credit in the Platform
