At SRS distance finals, tied scores are now broken correctly and the results are sorted by placement, so the finishing order shown on the board and the paperwork matches who actually placed where.

Fixed an issue where the Finalize Placements step could stay blocked even after all of an event's runs were locked. Once every run is locked, club owners can finalize placements as expected.

On an event's photography section, a photographer's business name now appears right beneath their name, so it's clear which studio is covering the event.

Fixed an issue where the Silver and Tyke classes could show up when registering for disciplines that don't use them — Raider Run, Super V and Fetch It — which could let a dog sign up in a class that doesn't apply. Each discipline now offers only the classes it actually uses.

Fixed a problem where finals alternates — bench dogs that don't have scores by design — could block a club from verifying and locking a run. Alternates are now correctly left out of that check, so a finished run locks without a phantom 'unscored dog' warning.

When a dock diving event goes live on its first day, its Broadcast board now opens with a welcome screen until the first dog hits the dock. It shows when the first discipline is set to begin, how many dogs are entered and how that breaks down by discipline, and a rotating spotlight that introduces every entered dog by name — a great thing to put up on the big screen as competitors and spectators arrive. The moment scoring starts, it switches over to the live results on its own.

Password reset links now stay valid for a full 24 hours instead of expiring after one hour, so there's plenty of time to follow the link from your email. And if a link has already expired or been used, the message you see now explains exactly what happened and how to request a fresh one.

If your club has a score keeper running the live scoreboard, they can now press 'Begin' to start a run themselves — the same way they already enter scores and lock results. Starting a run no longer has to be done by the club owner.

Fixed an issue where pressing 'Begin' on a Fetch It or Super V run could leave the scoreboard stuck on the setup screen with the 'Begin' button still showing — most often before the first dog was scored, or for a second person following the same run on another device. Once a run is begun, the scoring board now opens correctly for everyone working the event.

The per-run Scratch button is now available on every discipline and for every organization — not just Super V, finals and Shed Hunt. Whatever your dog is entered in, club owners can scratch it from a single run while keeping the entry and payment on the books, and it drops off the running order automatically.

Between runs at Super V and Raider Run events, the Broadcast board could shrink into a corner or sit empty. It now fills the screen the way it should, keeps the current standings on screen instead of a blank ladder, and falls back to the event's main discipline — so there's always something to watch while the next run is being set up.

At Fetch It events, a dog that didn't finish could take a placement away from dogs that actually posted a score — the Master division might show the wrong dog at 2nd or 3rd. Dogs that didn't finish are now correctly left out of the placements.

You can now set the exact order of your photos by dragging them into place. On your dog's photo gallery — and on club and photographer galleries too — grab any photo and drag it to a new spot, with your first photo acting as the lead image. The new order saves on its own, so it's easy to put your favorite shot up front.

Club owners now decide when an event wraps up. Events no longer close themselves automatically — once you've verified all your scores, you'll find a Close Event button right inside the Edit Event window. If anything is still holding the event open, the page now tells you exactly what's left to do so there's no guessing.

Bringing in your dog's UKC Points Check got more accurate. It now reads UKC's newest title codes and correctly captures all of your Vertical and Fetch It results, automatically fills in the date your record is current through, and uses clearer wording about which scores it's pulling in.

The UKC Judges Book and Trial Report got a round of accuracy fixes for host clubs. The Judges Book now lists only dogs with an actual result for each run, leaves out scratched dogs, and shows the owner's name next to any dog that doesn't have a UKC number yet. The final Trial Report and Judges Book are also saved to your Event Documents automatically, so the official paperwork is always on file.

The SRS Crown Invites list is clearer about who's already in. Placers who were invited from an earlier event now show as an 'Already In' row, and when a slot rolls down to a lower-placing dog, every dog that blocked the slot is shown — with duplicate rows cleaned up — so the full picture is visible before invitations go out.

Photographers can now change the email address they sign in with, right from the Settings tab on their dashboard.

Fixed a problem where an event's registration window could close earlier than it should — sometimes a full day early, or before the listed closing time. Registration now stays open through the correct date and time in the event's local time zone.

Some events are sanctioned by more than one organization at the same time — for example, an SRS event that also runs under UKC. Event cards and event pages now show a badge for every organization the event is sanctioned by, instead of just the main one, so it's clear at a glance which titles and points are on the line.

Photographer profiles now show the photographer's city and state right above their Home Base map, so you can see where they're based at a glance without studying the map.

If your dog runs every Splash with the same handler, you no longer have to set it run by run. Pick the handler on one run and tap 'Apply to all' to put that same person on every run in that discipline in a single step. You can still change any individual run afterward if a different handler is taking one.

Fixed a stray bit of placeholder text that was showing up at the bottom of the 'New Registration' email club owners receive. The footer now reads properly.

Need someone else to run your dog in a particular run? You can now change the handler on a run after you've already registered — no need to undo and redo your entry. Just open the run on your registration and pick the handler that's taking it.

At SRS Super V events, club owners can now scratch a dog from a run while keeping its entry and payment on the books, rather than removing it outright. Scratched dogs drop off the running order automatically, and the entry stays on record so the paperwork and payments still line up.

Pulling in your dog's official UKC dock diving record is available to everyone again. From your dog's profile you can import its UKC Points Check so its titles and official numbers show up on Sport Dog Hub.

At Super V events, dogs that pre-registered but don't show no longer hold the bar at a height nobody's jumping. The height now follows the dogs actually competing, so the round moves at the right pace.

On the Broadcast Center, the 'Up Next' time between disciplines now reflects the scheduled start time rather than the order rows happen to be in, so the countdown to the next discipline is accurate.

The Broadcast Center now shows a clean Event Average like 16' rather than 16' 1.3", so the number on the board is easy to read at a glance.

The Broadcast Center got a color and contrast tune-up so it holds up much better on a TV outdoors in direct sunlight. Text is brighter, the Up Now / On Deck / In the Hole highlights are bolder, and there's less on-screen glare — so everyone poolside can read the running order, scoreboard and standings at a glance, even on a sunny day.

The spotlight on the dog currently on the dock now shows each photo in full, top to bottom. Tall, portrait-style photos were getting their tops and bottoms cropped; now the whole picture displays, framed cleanly against a black background, so you always see the full dog.

The Running Order panel on the Broadcast Center now shows which discipline and run it's listing — like 'Super V,' 'Fetch It' or 'Super Fly Splash 4' — right in the header, so it's always clear what you're watching as an event moves between disciplines.

When a competitor lets you know they can't make it, club owners can now scratch their dog from the whole event in one step from the Registration & Payment tab, instead of removing it entirely. Scratching is reversible, asks for a quick reason, and lets you note whether you issued a refund. Scratched dogs drop off the running order automatically, and the competitor sees a 'Scratched' badge on the dog in their My Events.

Introducing the Broadcast Center — a single full-screen view that turns any live event into a show. Put it up on a TV at the pool or watch from home and you get everything at once: the running order showing who's Up Now, On Deck and In the Hole; a live scoreboard that updates the moment a score is posted; the Bubble standings; and a spotlight on the dog currently on the dock with their photo, age, breed and personal best. It works for both UKC and SRS dock diving — Distance, Vertical, Fetch It and Raider Run (shown as Super Fly and Super V at SRS events) — and switches automatically as the event moves between disciplines, with each one labeled the way the host's organization names it. Between runs it keeps the current standings on screen along with the next discipline's expected start time. Everything updates on its own — no refreshing and no jumping between pages. It's free for anyone to watch: on any live event, tap Broadcast in the red LIVE bar at the top of the site.

The Broadcast Center now runs UKC dock diving events as well as SRS. Vertical and Fetch It get the full treatment — a live running order with who's up next, standings, and a ladder showing who's still in at each height (Vertical) or distance (Fetch It) — and every discipline is labeled with the name the hosting organization uses.

You can now record your dog's all-time personal best for each dock diving discipline — Distance, Vertical, Fetch It and Raider Run — right on the dog's profile. When your dog is on the dock during a live event, their personal best appears on the Broadcast Center spotlight for everyone watching.

The Broadcast Center now has a full-screen button in the top corner — perfect for putting an event up on a TV at the pool. One tap fills the whole screen with the board, hiding the tabs, address bar and everything else so all anyone sees is the show. Tap it again (or press Esc) to come back out. You can also press the F key to toggle it.

If you type your name, your dog's name, or a junior handler's name in all capitals — like JOHN or REX — it now gets tidied up to normal capitalization (John, Rex) when you save, so names read cleanly everywhere on the site. Names with intentional capitalization like McDonald or LeClere are left exactly as you typed them.

On an event's schedule, a single Super V competition was showing up as the generic 'Competition 1' instead of just 'Super V.' UKC Fetch It, Vertical and Raider Run had the same problem. The schedule now uses each discipline's real name — so you see 'Super V,' 'Fetch It' or 'Raider Run' at a glance — and drops the unnecessary '1' from a single-competition Super V.

When registering for a Fetch It event, the section was mistakenly titled 'Dock Diving (Splashes)' with entry chips reading 'Splash 1.' It now correctly reads 'Fetch It' throughout, so it's clear what you're signing up for.

On the registration screen, a starting distance you typed for one dog could carry over and show up on the next dog when you switched between them. Each dog's starting distance now stays with that dog, so what you enter is exactly what gets saved.

On your dashboard's Recent Results panel and in the community activity feed, Raider Run times were being displayed as if they were dock-jumping distances — a 40.84-second run showed up as '3'5"' with no Raider Run label. Shed Hunt times were similarly being rendered as a 'sheds' count. Both now display correctly: Raider Run as seconds (e.g. 40.840s), Shed Hunt as minutes:seconds (e.g. 8:01.340), each with its own colored badge. The scores in the system were always correct — only the display was off, and it's now fixed for all 30 Raider Run and 184 Shed Hunt entries on the site.

On your dog's detail card, the Average tile, Score Trend chart, Score Distribution histogram, Year-over-Year chart and Competition Log now format scores using the units of whichever discipline you have selected. Click the Raider Run pill and the chart shows seconds; click Distance and it shows feet/inches. The distribution histogram also switches between foot-wide buckets and second-wide buckets so time-based disciplines actually have a sensible shape.

Score and date in the Recent Results panel no longer wrap onto two lines when the event name is long — '17' 6"' stays as '17' 6"' instead of becoming '17'' on one line and '6"' on the next, and '2026-05-17' stays whole. The event name now wraps instead, which is where wrapping actually makes sense.

Dogs that didn't clear their starting height in Super V or Fetch It were quietly showing up on the Rankings page with a number that looked like a real cleared distance. They're now correctly marked DNF and dropped from the leaderboard, so the Rankings only list dogs that actually posted a score.

Dog names on the Rankings page now line up perfectly down the column, whether the dog has an uploaded photo or the default paw icon. No more uneven spacing between rows.

The Print Results sheet you pull at the end of a run now mirrors the live scoreboard and scoring grid exactly. Dogs in finals stay in the division they qualified in (no more accidentally dropping into a lower division when the finals jump comes up short), Super V sheets show Score, Misses and Points — with DNF called out where it belongs — and dogs that scratched on every jump (NJ) still appear on the sheet: slotted into the division they qualified in for finals, or grouped under a 'No Score' header for qualifying runs, so nobody's missing from the printout.

SRS Crown Championship invitations now show the exact division the dog placed in at the qualifying event — matching the finals results board. If a dog's finals jump came in below its qualifying division, the invite could previously list a lower division than the one the dog actually competed in. That's been straightened out across every Crown invite.

Club and dog profile pages now have readable web addresses with the name right in them — like sportdoghub.io/clubs/catskill-mountain-k9-sports or sportdoghub.io/dogs/bella — instead of a string of numbers. They're easier to recognize, look much nicer when posted to social media or sent in a message, and every link shared before still works and goes straight to the right page.

Sharing a Sport Dog Hub link — in a text, on social, or in a group chat — now shows a bold, polished preview card instead of a plain generic image. Share a dog and it features the dog's photo, name and breed; share an event and it shows the event's photo with the host club, location and date; clubs and the main site get the same treatment. If a dog or event doesn't have its own photo yet, the card falls back to a clean branded image, so every link looks great.

A club can now have several owners who each fully manage the club and its events. When signing up as a club owner, you can pick an existing club to help run instead of only creating a new one — handy when a club has more than one organizer. New owners are confirmed before they get access, and existing owners keep everything they had.

The SRS Crown Invites list now splits each event's invitees into separate Distance, Vertical and Raider Run tables, so the organizer sees each discipline's top finishers cleanly instead of scrolling a single mixed list. Every column — Dog, Owner, Division, Class, Placement, Source, Status, Sent and Responded — is click-to-sort with an arrow indicator, and each table sorts on its own.

When a Crown invitation rolls down to a 4th- or 5th-place dog because someone in the top three was already invited from an earlier event, the list now displays a clearly-marked context row above the roll-down showing exactly which dog blocked the slot — their name, dog ID, their actual placement at the event being viewed, and where their earlier invite came from. The full chain is visible at a glance before any invites go out.

Clubs running a test event now get a clean Running Order sheet that mirrors the live scoring board exactly — who's Up Now, On Deck and In the Hole, the current height, each dog's last attempt and misses for height-based disciplines like Super V and Vertical. It updates as you score and is fully readable on a phone, so you can confirm the order is right before the real event starts.

When you register for an event, you now get a single confirmation email summarizing everything you signed up for, instead of a separate email for each run. Less inbox clutter, all the details in one place.

The printable finals judge's sheet now leaves off scratched dogs and alternates, so the judge sees only the dogs actually competing in the finals.

Printable per-splash results now show each jump (Jump 1, Jump 2) and the Best score, just like the judge's sheet. Runs that aren't finalized yet show provisional placements, the unneeded rank column has been removed, and a bug that left the Best column blank is fixed.

Scoreboard tabs are now labeled correctly for events with more than one discipline, the Jump 3 column is hidden when an event only uses two jumps per run, and runs or hunts that haven't started yet show a clearer 'not yet scored' message instead of looking empty.

The public running order now appears the moment the club presses Begin to start scoring, rather than at the scheduled start time — so it shows up exactly when the action does. The live running order also no longer carries an unofficial-scores note, since that page doesn't show scores.

When two dogs post the same best score, the bubble now breaks the tie by the next-biggest jump, so placements come out more accurately.

Fixed the Fetch It scoreboard and running order so scores and the running order display correctly throughout the event.

Fixed an issue where Silver/Tyke could appear for UKC dock diving events that don't use those divisions, which could let dogs register in the wrong division.

UKC events that include obedience alongside other activities — like rally or conformation — now show up when you filter the Event Finder by Obedience. A lot more obedience events are now findable.

The Event Finder previously only listed events a couple of months out, so anything later in the year — or next year — was missing. It now shows the complete upcoming schedule, often a year or more in advance, so you can plan your season and find far-off events while there's still time to enter. Thousands more events are now listed.

Clubs can now accept walk-up registrations on event day. Turn it on for an event and competitors who didn't pre-register can still be entered on-site, with the running order updating to include them. Events that don't use it keep working exactly as before.

Your UpDog Teams and Bite Club summary now live in a dedicated UpDog tab on your account, instead of being mixed in elsewhere. The tab only appears once you have a UpDog Team Number on file, so it stays out of the way until it's relevant.

Your event registrations now show a per-run 'Entered In' breakdown, so you can confirm at a glance which classes and runs each dog is signed up for.

The live running order no longer publishes before an event actually begins, so competitors don't see a draft order while clubs are still finalizing entries.

Clicking Scoreboard from the LIVE bar now opens straight to the scoring view instead of dropping you on the event Overview tab. Old bookmarked links work too.

The event edit screen no longer shows Shed Hunt options for UKC events that aren't shed-hunt events — only shed events see them.

Club owners now see a Reg Open or Reg Closed badge right next to each event's status in the Upcoming Events list, so you can tell whether competitors can still sign up without opening the event.

The registration page now flags any dog that isn't entered in a run, so a dog that's registered but not in the running order is obvious at a glance instead of looking like a count error.

Some events — like UKC dock diving weekends — could disappear from the Event Finder when you filtered by their organization. They now stay put so you see every event for the sport and org you're browsing.

When creating an event, the registration close time now pre-fills to 11:59 PM so clubs don't have to guess — registration stays open through the end of the day you pick. You can still change it to any time you like.

The SRS organizer can now select multiple pending Crown invites and send them in one shot, instead of clicking Send on each row individually — handy for blasting out a freshly-added stack of Manual or Prior invites.

When a Crown invite is created for a dog whose owner doesn't have a Sport Dog Hub account yet, the invite email now goes directly to the dog's email on file — no need to wait for the handler to sign up before they hear about it.

Emails from Sport Dog Hub now show as 'Sport Dog Hub <[email protected]>' in your inbox, instead of the bare email address — easier to spot at a glance.

The SRS organizer can now send a separate Crown invite for each class a dog qualified in — invite a dog to Distance Open and Distance Mini independently, accept and pay for each on its own, and have the cap counts roll up correctly per discipline/class.

Sending a Crown invite is now a one-screen job: the response deadline and email template pull from the season defaults, so the organizer doesn't have to fill them in for every dog. Edit the defaults once at the top of the page and every new invite follows along.

Crown invite response deadlines now accept a date and time — set the deadline to 'May 30 at 5:00 PM' instead of just 'May 30,' and the saved date sticks correctly across reloads.

The Add Manual Invite modal now hides the Class picker for disciplines that don't have multiple classes (Tyke, Vertical) — only Distance shows the Open/Mini choice.

Crown invitation emails now always show the actual Crown event name in the subject and body, replacing a fallback that occasionally read 'Event: an SRS event.'

The Crown Championship is now invitation-only. The SRS organizer has a new Crown Invites tool to send personalized invitations to qualifying dogs, set per-discipline caps (Distance, Vertical, Tyke), track who has been invited, accepted, declined, or paid, and revoke or delete invites that are no longer needed. Once an invite goes out, the handler can review it on a dedicated invitation page and accept directly from there.

Crown invitation emails feature the SRS Crown Championship logo and your dog's profile photo, with a direct link to the official invite page so handlers can accept in one click. The invite page mirrors the email — same logo, same dog photo — for a polished, on-brand experience.

Handlers with Crown invitations now see a Crown Invites tab on their account dashboard. Review every invite your dogs have received, see the status at a glance (Pending, Accepted, Declined, Paid), and jump straight to the official invite page to respond.

Whether a dog is registered through self-sign-up, the staff Manual Add flow, batch registration, or payment-first checkout, the Crown invitation requirement is now enforced everywhere — no accidental Crown registrations slip through.

Manually creating a Crown invite for a Tyke now prompts for the youth handler's name (so the invite reads correctly), and the dog picker reliably surfaces all eligible dogs without false empties.

A handler whose dog earned a Crown invite but who hasn't created a Sport Dog Hub account yet won't miss out — the invite is prepped against their email and waits patiently. The moment they sign up, the invite drops into their Crown Invites tab ready to accept.

Re-generating runs on an event no longer triggers over-eager roll-downs of placements that were already settled. Roll-downs now also stop at 6th place (matching the rulebook) and skip dogs whose division can't be determined, so the running order stays tidy.

The staff Manual Add modal got a round of polish: dog search works again, the discipline / class / division dropdowns chain together correctly, the season dropdown no longer shows 2026 twice, the Division field is hidden for flat classes (Mini, Tyke) instead of showing a disabled placeholder, and previously-missed past closes are picked up properly.

For events that require entry-fee payment up front, your spot is now held until your Square checkout completes — no more half-finished registrations sitting on the roster while you finish paying.

Started a checkout but closed the tab before paying? When you come back to the event page, you'll see a banner right next to Register Your Dogs with one-click Resume Checkout or Cancel Registration buttons — no need to start over. The banner stays in sync if you switch tabs or use the back button, so it always reflects the current state.

If a checkout is left hanging, you'll now get a friendly reminder email with a one-click link to pick up right where you left off.

Rankings now live right on the sport you care about — open Dock Diving and you'll see the standings below the hero, with tabs for Distance, Vertical, Fetch It, and Raider Run. Filter by organization, club, breed, or season, search for a dog or handler, and share the exact view you're looking at via the URL. The standalone Leaderboards page has been retired; everything happens where the sport lives.

Handler names in public rankings now display as 'First L.' for every row except your own dogs — the same view whether you're signed out, a competitor, a club owner, or an admin. Only you see your own full last name.

The Event Finder has a fresh look that fits the rest of Sport Dog Hub, with a brand-new Table view alongside the familiar Cards. Cards are the default for a quick visual browse; switch to Table when you want to see roughly three times as many events on screen for fast planning. Calendar and Map views are still there, and your layout choice sticks for next time you visit.

Super V results now place dogs within their division — Nova, Pro, and Pro Elite — instead of one global ranking. Tie-breakers follow the SRS rulebook (division points, fewest misses, furthest first miss), and dogs that are still tied after all three share a placement to be settled by jump-off.

System notifications in your inbox (entry confirmations, automatic reminders, and the like) were showing 'Invalid Date' on some rows. They now display the actual time the notice was sent — and existing messages have been corrected too, so your message history reads cleanly all the way back.

All-breed kennel-club weekends that run multiple sports (Conformation + Rally + Weight Pull, etc.) now show up in the Event Finder when you filter by any one of those sports — not just the headliner. Each card lists every sport included so you can see at a glance what the weekend covers.

New chip toggle that narrows the list to events that include two or more sports — handy if you're scouting weekends where you can run more than one sport with the same trip.

Sports that don't have Rankings built out yet now show a friendly 'Rankings Coming Soon' panel on their sport page, instead of an empty section.

The SRS Super V judge sheet now prints the complete height ladder up through the top division, shows skipped heights as a solid block with a numeric legend, and includes the tie-breaker rules right on the sheet — judges have everything they need at a glance.

Editing a closed event no longer silently flips its status back to Draft — the event stays Closed unless you explicitly reopen it.

Archived system announcements that you'd already read were sneaking into the unread badge on the Messages nav — that's been corrected.

Once a run is locked, club owners get a Print Results button right on that run — clean placements ready to hand out without digging through paperwork menus.

UKC Dock Diving Fetch-It now prints a dedicated judge sheet with a grid layout, a page break per class, Open and Small Dog division headers, and tie-breaker rules printed right on the sheet.

Each dog profile now shows a tab for every sport you've selected for that dog. Sports we haven't built yet show a friendly 'coming soon' panel, and rarely-used sports collapse into a 'More sports' dropdown so the tab bar stays tidy.

UpDog per-game scoring widgets now sit inline in the staff entries table — score a team without leaving the row. Wired through every UpDog game so the entry screen always matches the rulebook.

The Results table on a dog's profile now sorts newest-first by default, and each row label reflects the sport (Splash, Round, Hunt) instead of always saying 'Splash.'

Manually-added UKC shed-hunt scores from outside trials now feed into Title Progress and the Class Breakdown on a dog's profile — your dog's full record counts toward the next title, not just the hunts run on Sport Dog Hub.
